Spirit-filled teacher, great visionary, loving, and dedicated pastor are all words that adequately describe this great man of God, Bishop Dixon. “Faith of Light”, as he’s known by many flock, because of the fatherly, AGAPE love and compassion that he shows toward all individuals, is the founder and senior pastor of Forgiveness Missionary Church of Christ. Bishop Dixon, a Georgia native, founded Forgiveness Missionary Church Of Christ in December 2002. Under his direction and leadership, Forgiveness grew from a small members church to a membership of five hundred. Bishop Dixon is extremely grateful to God for blessing this great union for over 8 years.

In 2001, God gave Bishop Dixon a great vision of transforming an empty retail storefront of (4) thousands feet, into a beautiful complex where God would be glorified. He wrote the vision and printed it for all to see. After much prayer and hard work, this great vision began to manifest in 2002.

Bishop Dixon is an overly generous giver which is evident in his ministry, “Preparing for God’s Mission”. This is an outreach ministry that provides private and public spiritual, counseling and prayers to the poor, middle class and especially celebrities and politicians Christians and none Christians who need extra assistance above and beyond what they receive or not receiving from the church. This ministry is near and dear to his heart, because he truly has a heart for the well being of God’s people.
